 Where can we deliver the package to?
We can only ship to US, other Countries can not shipped temporarily.  

About Customs Tax
Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the local countries law. Shebeautify is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products or services. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country of import. Please contact your local customs authority for more information. All return costs caused by failure to sign for packages / products will be the responsibility of the customer and not shebeautify.

What Shipping Methods Are Offered, and What Are the Respective Shipping Times?
All the order will need 1-3 business days for prepare and package, not including Saturday and Sunday. We will send you an email when your order has shipped. (If you have not received the email, please check the Junk Email folder or check whether the email has been rejected. Contact us if you still have not received the tracking number.) The products will arranged from our US warehouse in advance in general.
After shipping, you‘re better to track your order. If you have any questions, you can contact us service@shebeautify.com. Note: All pre-order products will be delivered in about 30 days after ordering.

We choose  USPS, FedEx to fulill all orders from our US warehouse.

Shebeautify primarily uses PayPal and shopify payment to process secure payments. Through PayPal and shopify payment, we accept shopify payment，Mastercard, visa, American express, discover, and bank transfer (debit card).

Notes:

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

4) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
